Pricing by item

Priced per piece rather than by the hour, so there's no guessing what a sofa or mattress will cost before we start. Flat rate, VAT-inclusive:

• Single seat / armchair — AED 70
• 2-seater sofa — AED 150
• 3-seater sofa — AED 220
• 4-seater sofa — AED 280
• 5-seater / L-shape sofa — AED 330
• Leather upholstery, per seat — AED 250 to 450
• Mattress cleaning, Queen — AED 200
• Mattress cleaning, King — AED 230

Two add-ons worth knowing about: stain removal is AED 75 per stain if it needs more than the standard spot treatment, and fabric protection is AED 100 per sofa if you want a barrier applied after cleaning, so the next spill wipes off instead of soaking in.

Which fabrics we treat

Cotton, linen, synthetic blends, and most leather — see our sofa cleaning guide for more on how each fabric type is handled. Suede and some delicate natural fabrics need a different approach, so we confirm the material before booking rather than after.

Drying time

Most upholstery is dry and usable again within 2 to 4 hours, depending on fabric type and humidity — the low-moisture method exists specifically to keep that window short. Confirmed within 30 minutes of requesting a quote. Furniture cleaning is often booked alongside a move-out clean when pieces are staying in the unit, but it works just as well as a stand-alone refresh any time of year.
