How Provider Matching Works

Marina Gleam helps customers connect with independently licensed Dubai cleaning providers. When you request a quote, we review your location, service requirements and preferred timing to help identify a suitable provider.

Before you confirm a booking or make any payment, you will be told the legal name and trade-licence details of the provider proposed for your service.

The assigned provider will issue your final quotation and invoice, confirm the booking terms, collect payment and deliver the service.

Provider availability can vary by service, location and date. The provider for your booking may differ from the provider used for another customer or service.
