Role of Marina Gleam and Service Providers

Marina Gleam operates as a marketing and referral platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Marina Gleam does not itself provide cleaning services and is not the contracting service provider.

Cleaning and related services are supplied by independent, licensed third-party service providers. The relevant provider will be identified to the customer before a booking is confirmed.

The relevant service provider is responsible for its quotation, contractual terms, invoices, payment collection, personnel, insurance, service performance, cancellations, refunds and complaint handling in relation to the service it provides.

Marina Gleam may help facilitate an introduction or communication between a customer and an independent provider. Any agreement for the delivery of cleaning services is made directly between the customer and the identified service provider.
