Flat rate, VAT-inclusive, confirmed in writing before the crew arrives — not an hourly estimate that changes once they're on-site:

• Studio apartment — AED 549
• 1-bedroom apartment — AED 649
• 2-bedroom apartment — AED 799
• 3-bedroom apartment/townhouse — AED 999
• 3-bedroom villa — AED 1,099
• 4-bedroom villa — AED 1,499
• 5-bedroom+ villa — AED 1,899

Add-ons

Not included by default, but worth adding depending on the unit:

• AC coil cleaning — AED 150 to 250 per unit
• Carpet steam cleaning — AED 8 to 12 per square metre
• Pest control — AED 200 to 350

AC coils and filters are one of the most commonly missed items in a standard clean, and dust buildup there is an easy deduction for a landlord to point to at inspection — worth confirming whether it's included or added when you book. A fresh start on day one

Booking the move-in clean before day one means that first memory of the new home is a space that already feels like theirs, not a cleaning project waiting to be dealt with. A new lease deserves a fresh start. We make sure the first thing you notice about your new place is how clean it feels — not what still needs fixing, whether that's a studio at AED 549 or a 5-bedroom villa at AED 1,899.

When not to book this

This service is built specifically for vacating or arriving — furniture and boxes out, landlord inspection or new-home day ahead. If you're staying put and just want a periodic reset for a home you already live in, deep cleaning (from AED 449 for apartments) is the better fit — it covers a similar level of detail without the move-specific scope, or the price that comes with it.

Booking

Same-day and next-day slots are usually available, as long as the unit is empty of furniture and boxes. For move-out, book for after everything's packed but before the landlord's final inspection — ideally the same day you hand back the keys.
