Pricing
Flat rate, VAT-inclusive, for apartments:
- Studio — AED 449
- 1-bedroom — AED 559
- 2-bedroom — AED 699
- 3-bedroom apartment or townhouse — AED 899
3-bedroom villas and larger are quoted individually, starting from AED 949. Villa layouts vary too much — extra reception rooms, maids' rooms, multiple balconies — for one fixed number to be honest across the board, so we look at the property first and quote from there. We'd rather tell you the exact price before we start than explain a confusing bill after we're done, whether that's a fixed AED 449 studio rate or a villa quote.
How long it takes, and how often
A one or two-bedroom apartment typically runs 4 to 6 hours with a two-person crew; villas and larger units take longer. Most apartments do well with a deep clean every 3 to 6 months — more often with pets in the home, or if it's been over a year since the last one.
When to book move-in/move-out cleaning instead
Deep cleaning is scoped for a home you're still living in, which is why it doesn't include balcony detailing or window tracks — those are part of our move-in/move-out clean specifically, because that service is built to pass a landlord inspection. If you're vacating a unit or picking up the keys to a new one rather than just refreshing the place you already live in, move-in/move-out cleaning is the one to book.
Booking
Confirmed in writing within 30 minutes of requesting a quote, with crew size and time estimate agreed before anyone arrives. For larger properties, a quick photo or video sent through the quote form keeps the estimate accurate on the day, rather than adjusted on-site.
