Weekly, fortnightly, or one-off cleaning for apartments and villas across Dubai Marina, priced by session length and booked online in a few minutes.

Standard cleaning covers the rooms and surfaces you use every day — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and general tidying.

What's included

• Kitchen counters, sink, and stovetop, wiped and descaled
• Bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and floors
• Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
• Dusting of surfaces, skirting boards, and furniture
• Bins emptied, beds made if linens are left out

Session pricing

Standard cleaning is booked by session length rather than a single flat price per property. Pick the length that fits your home — each tier has a flat price, confirmed before the crew arrives.

• 2 hours — AED 90 (AED 110 with our own supplies). Best for studios and smaller 1-bedrooms — enough time for a solid kitchen-and-bathroom clean, or a quick reset of the main living areas before guests arrive.
• 3 hours — AED 110 (AED 135 with our own supplies). Enough time to work through a full 1-bedroom home properly, start to finish, balcony included.
• 4 hours — AED 135 (AED 165 with our own supplies). Our most-booked option — enough time for a 2-bedroom apartment done properly, or the ground floor of a bigger townhouse. Add laundry to the visit if you need it.
• 6+ hours — AED 200 (AED 240 with our own supplies). Sized for villas and larger homes — the crew works every level of the property, with laundry, ironing, and stairwells covered as part of the visit.

All four prices are flat and VAT-inclusive — no hourly guesswork, no surprise fees added after the fact.

How long does your home need?

As a general guide:

• Apartments: a studio typically takes 2–3 hours, a 1-bedroom 3–4 hours, a 2-bedroom 4–5 hours, and a 3-bedroom 5–6 hours.
• Townhouses: figure on 4–5 hours for 2 bedrooms, 5–6 for 3, and 6–7 for 4 — homes spanning more than one floor generally need more time, which we factor into your quote.
• Villas: 3-bedroom villas usually run 6–7 hours, 4-bedroom 7–8 hours, and 5-bedroom or larger 8 hours or more. We size the crew to the property and confirm this with you when you request a quote.

Bringing your own supplies

The base price above assumes you have cleaning products at home. If you'd rather the crew bring their own cloths, sprays, and equipment, add the supply rate listed next to your session length.

Recurring discounts

Set standard cleaning on a repeating schedule and the discount applies automatically to your session price: 15 percent off weekly, 10 percent off fortnightly, 5 percent off monthly.

Monthly Maid Plans

Prefer one flat monthly bill instead of booking session by session? Monthly Maid Plans lock in a set number of visits per month at a fixed price.

When to choose deep cleaning instead

Standard cleaning is built for the upkeep of a home that's already in reasonably good shape. It doesn't reach the inside of ovens and fridges, grout, baseboards, or the kind of buildup that collects over months rather than days. If it's been a while since the last proper clean, or you're just settling into a new place, deep cleaning — from AED 449 for apartments — is the better starting point. Once that's done, a standard cleaning schedule is what keeps it that way.

Booking

Booked online by session length, no phone call needed. Most clients aren't home during the clean — building access instructions are collected at booking, though you're welcome to be there for the first visit if you'd rather meet the crew.
