Marina Gleam doesn't have a single "Villa Cleaning" service — check the pricing page and you won't find one priced or booked as its own line item. Villas across Dubai Marina and the surrounding communities are already covered by three existing services, each built for a different situation: Standard Home Cleaning for routine upkeep, Deep Cleaning for a periodic reset, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning for a handover. Which one you need depends on why you're cleaning the villa, not on the fact that it's a villa.

Which situation are you actually in?

Staying, and just need routine upkeep

Standard Home Cleaning covers the rooms and surfaces you use every day — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting — on whatever schedule suits you. Its own pricing describes the 6+ hour tier as "sized for villas and larger homes — the crew works every level of the property, with laundry, ironing, and stairwells covered as part of the visit." That tier is AED 200 (AED 240 with the crew's own supplies), flat and VAT-inclusive. As a guide, 3-bedroom villas usually run 6 to 7 hours, 4-bedroom 7 to 8 hours, and 5-bedroom or larger 8 hours or more. Set it to repeat and a discount applies automatically — 15% weekly, 10% fortnightly, 5% monthly — or skip the per-session choice entirely with a Monthly Maid Plan (2, 4, or 6 visits a month, AED 1,000 to AED 2,900, size and crew agreed at sign-up).

Staying, and due a periodic deep reset

Deep Cleaning goes further than routine upkeep — oven and fridge interior, grout, baseboards, AC vents, behind large appliances. For a villa, that's quoted individually rather than flat: from AED 949. Villa layouts vary too much — extra reception rooms, maids' rooms, multiple balconies — for one fixed number to be honest across the board, so the provider looks at the property first and quotes from there. Vacating or arriving

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is scoped to survive a landlord's inspection on the way out, or make day one in a new place feel like a fresh start rather than a cleaning project on top of the move. It adds balcony detailing and window tracks specifically, which Deep Cleaning doesn't include. For villas it's flat and VAT-inclusive by bedroom count, confirmed in writing before the crew arrives: AED 1,099 for a 3-bedroom villa, AED 1,499 for a 4-bedroom villa, and AED 1,899 for a 5-bedroom or larger villa — roughly 8 to 10, 9 to 12, and 11 to 14 hours respectively, per the pricing page's typical timing. AC coil cleaning (AED 150 to 250 per unit), carpet steam cleaning (AED 8 to 12 per square metre), and pest control (AED 200 to 350) are available as add-ons, not included by default. Why villas don't get one flat number

Villa layouts vary too much — extra reception rooms, maids' rooms, multiple balconies — for one fixed number to be honest across the board, which is exactly why Deep Cleaning quotes each villa individually rather than publishing a flat rate the way it does for apartments. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning doesn't have that same problem: it's priced by bedroom count directly, and that alone captures enough of what actually changes the size of the job to stay flat — AED 1,099 to AED 1,899 depending on villa size. So it's not that "villas are custom-priced" across the board — only Deep Cleaning is individually quoted for villas; Move-In/Move-Out stays flat and tiered by bedroom count either way.

What none of these three cover

None of Marina Gleam's three services list a villa's garden, pool, or exterior landscaping as part of their scope — that scope doesn't appear on the pricing page, in any of Standard Home Cleaning's, Deep Cleaning's, or Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning's own descriptions, or anywhere else on the site. The only pest-related item that exists at all is the Move-In/Move-Out add-on (AED 200 to 350), and that covers the property's interior at handover, not an ongoing garden or exterior service. If a villa's garden, pool, or exterior is what actually needs attention, that's a gardener, pool maintenance contractor, or pest control specialist — not a home-cleaning crew, and not something to expect folded into any of these three bookings.

When you don't need to hire Marina Gleam

If you searched "villa cleaners" expecting to hire someone directly onto your own household's payroll, Marina Gleam isn't that. We're a session-based referral platform, not a domestic staffing agency — you don't become anyone's employer, and we don't place live-in or full-time employees. Directly employing your own domestic worker is a different arrangement under UAE law, with sponsorship and a MOHRE-registered work contract, worth confirming with MOHRE directly if that's what you actually need. And if what your villa needs is genuinely just the garden, the pool, or general exterior upkeep, that's not something any of the three services above do either — see above.

Marina Gleam is a referral platform: book any of the three services above and you're matched to an independently licensed provider before you pay anything, with the booking confirmed within 30 minutes. Same-day booking is usually available if you request it before 12 PM, subject to property size and crew availability — villas are bigger jobs than an apartment, so a same-day request depends more on that day's crew size than it would for a smaller property.
